App for Pick-up Points

I've been working on the app for a year. During this time, I conducted several usability tests, went to the pick-up points, improved the design, and added new sections. I was the only designer but my fellow designers and the product team helped me a lot.

The task was to gradually improve the app within the resource of the development team. Add functionality, focusing on business requirements.

Before and after redesign

The main page before and after the redesign.

The main action button has been changed because finding the parcel is the most important thing

Significant visual improvements.

Changed the scan area to avoid misses. Scalable design for one or more parcels

App icon before and after the redesign.

The name (ПВЗ) can be read better. Users are able to easily distinguish it from other Ozon applications

It is just a simple but cool start animation

Numbers

That time has increased from 10 to 22 minutes. The increase is more than double! This might be influenced by global processes in the company, but there may also be an improvement in the usability of the application. At least that's what I think😇.
